Effective September 30, 2026

License and access

A purchase provides access to Kindly Edit updates and support for the number of production sites and the term shown at checkout. Development, local, and staging installations do not count against the production-site allowance.

Open-source software

Kindly Edit includes software licensed under the GNU General Public License. Your purchase pays for update access, license services, and support; it does not restrict rights granted by the applicable open-source license.

Renewals

Annual plans renew only as disclosed at checkout. You may cancel future renewal at any time. If a plan expires, the installed software and site content remain in place, but access to future updates and support may end.

Refunds

If Kindly Edit is not a fit, contact us within 30 days of the initial purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or refund the purchase. Renewal payments are refundable when requested within 14 days and no material support or update services have been used after renewal.

Acceptable use

You may not use license or update services to interfere with the service, distribute credentials publicly, evade site limits, or violate applicable law.

Warranty and liability

The software and services are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
